Reservation Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required as a prepayment, to secure your booking, and must be received via credit card, bank wire or paypal before a confirmation can be given. The rest of 75% will be paid by the day before arrival at the latest. 


Cancelation policy

You may cancel your booking at any time by sending us an e-mail to info@villa-nafsika.com. You shall receive the appropriate amount of refund, regardless of your reason(s) of canceling, depending on the date of your cancellation. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written email notification. Should your booking cancellation occur at least 30 days before your expected arrival date, you shall receive back your 25% down payment minus bank transfer expenses. You will be charged the 25% down payment if you cancel in the 29 days before arrival.


House Rules

Check in time: from 14:00 o’ clock / 2 p.m.
Check out time: until 11:00 o’clock / 11 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed.
Respect the neighbours and the property.
No parties allowed.
Non-residents are not allowed in the rooms. 
Pets are not allowed.


Cleaning

During your stay, you must clean the accommodation yourself using the cleaning equipment on site. When moving out, the apartment is to be handed over in its original and orderly condition (please clean the dishes and put them back in their place). The final cleaning is carried out by us. Optionally you can book an intermediate cleaning.


Damage Deposit

Guests aren’t required to pay a damage deposit but they will be requested to pay if damage has been caused. Please note, the apartments lay on the 4th and 5th floor and there is no elevator only stairs, just like all the apartments in old Corfu town. Thus booking for elder people or people that face any disabilities is not suggested.
