25% of the total sum as down payment on reservation (by credit card, bank wire or paypal). The remaining payment one day prior arrival.

cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until 1 month (30 days) before arrival. You will be charged the 25% down payment if you cancel in the 29 days before arrival. All taxes are included.
